The air curtain functions as a powerful fan that creates a high-speed airflow at the entrance, effectively isolating the interior from the external air environment. It also has the ability to block 90% of hot or cold air, dust, and smoke.
• The US patented magnetic switch controlled circuit (Patent No. US10584889B2) automatically activates the air curtain when the door is opened and turns it off when the door is closed. Installation of the door switch is optional; if not installed, the air curtain can be manually turned on using the Lo/Off/Hi speed switch for continuous operation of up to 8 hours.
• The air curtain offers two speeds, with a super powerful high speed option at 1177 CFM and 58dB noise level, as well as a low speed option at 942 CFM and 56dB noise level. It operates on 120V 60Hz 300W (0.4HP, 3.13A) power, consuming less energy compared to other industrial air curtains. The use of German electrical machinery technology allows for continuous operation during business hours. It is equipped with 1 motor and 2 ABS fan wheels.
• Installation of the air curtain is made easy by following the instructions provided in the Technical Specification User Manual. It involves securely mounting the detachable mounting plate, hanging the air curtain, and optionally installing the door switch by connecting it to the dedicated 2 wires. The slim body of the air curtain is made from fireproof and anti-erosive powder coated metal, making it easy to clean.
